Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Returns and Refunds for Non-Faulty Products

We offer a 7-day return policy for non-faulty, unused products, subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the product is in original condition and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and documentation must be included.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and a short video showing the product’s current condition.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number along with step-by-step instructions.

  4. Repack the item securely using original packaging and send it as instructed.


3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and approved:

  • If paid via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer: Refund will be processed to the same account within 7 business days.

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or a mutually agreed method.


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless:

  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival.

  • The wrong item was shipped due to our error.

We recommend using a trusted courier service. Complete return instructions will be provided by our support team.


5. Refund Exceptions

Products that cannot be returned or refunded include:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked as “non-returnable”

  • Products not returned in their original condition


6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, based on your preference and stock availability.
