Shipping Policy – Ideal Solar Store

Welcome to Ideal Solar Store, your trusted source for solar solutions in Pakistan. This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we deliver products to our valued customers.

1. Service Areas

We offer shipping services across Pakistan using trusted logistics partners including TCS, Leopard, CallCourier, M&P, and others.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation message and tracking number upon dispatch.

  • Delays may occur during holidays, sale events, or due to courier limitations in remote areas.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Lahore and major cities: 1–3 working days

  • Other regions & rural areas: 3–7 working days
    Note: Large items such as solar panels or inverters may take additional time for delivery and may require scheduled delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free delivery on orders above PKR 50,000

  • Flat PKR 500 delivery fee on standard orders below the limit

  • Oversized or heavy-duty equipment may have additional freight charges, calculated at checkout or informed via call before dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD on orders up to PKR 30,000.

  • Orders above this limit may require partial or full advance payment.

  • Bank transfer and EasyPaisa/JazzCash options are available.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive your tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your package via the courier's official website or app.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete addresses

  • No response at delivery time

  • Courier mishandling (although we’ll assist with follow-up)

8. Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order is received damaged or with missing components:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share unboxing pictures or videos as proof for swift claim resolution
    Late claims without evidence may not be accepted.
